Yoga and Meditation

Meditation is a scientific technique to exhaust uncontrolled indiscipline subconscious thoughts flow into controlled discipline conscious thoughts flow. At Sunflower the morning session begins with a soothing prayer that brings serenity to the soul and the premises. This is followed by a Yoga and Meditation Session to help bring about harmony between the body and the soul.


Lets get Healthy

For fussy children & parents who are working as a good will gesture children are provided lunch. Eating is being healthy. Introduction to various vegetables through different cuisines is given so that they learn to appreciate and eat to their heart’s content. A healthy mind makes a healthy citizen. Sunflower takes extreme caution about the health of its students.The school takes utmost care in providing nutritious, wholesome vegetarian meals.
